What Is Expert Witness Property Valuation?

Expert witness valuations are prepared specifically for use in legal proceedings where an independent, qualified opinion on property value is required by the court. Landmark Valuations act as Single Expert Witnesses (SEW) appointed jointly by both parties, or as party-appointed experts providing opinion evidence on behalf of one side.
